This Substack is a space where faith meets fitness, and where we learn together what it means to steward our bodies well—without getting caught up in diet culture or chasing the world’s extremes.
If we haven’t met yet—I’m Kate! You can read more about me here, but here’s the short version: I’m a wife, boy mom, and founder of BeyondFit. With a degree in Exercise Physiology and over 20 years of experience as a pre & postnatal fitness expert, I’ve had the joy of helping thousands of women—through pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and beyond—feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in their bodies.
But here’s the heart behind it all: while training and nutrition can transform your body, only Christ can transform your heart. I believe your body is a good gift from God—and how you care for it can be an act of worship, not punishment.
Here on Substack, you’ll find a blend of fitness tips, faith-filled encouragement, and real-life reflections to help you pursue health with grace and freedom.
